Shanghai InfoTM Microelectronics Co., Ltd. released power management IC IP620x with full integration,
high efficiency and low cost. It provides multi - channel configurations synchronous buck converter with
efficiency up to 95%. It can realize energy efficiency optimization by dynamically adjusting power and voltage
through I2C. It also provides interrupting control, waking control, and protection function of under-voltage,
over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature.
Combined with this power IC, InfoTM offered customers a more integrated imaging solution.
